Tenancy
Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
Maximum 36 months AST.
Minimum 6 months AST.
Maximum 4 individuals accepted on a tenancy.
The property must still be let via a standard ASTA agreement and not be classed as a HMO.
We can accept up to 4 individuals, providing they are a family unit. If they are unrelated professionals then maximum 3 individuals on the tenancy.
