Our criteria is split into residential and buy to let, so use the options below to find the criteria you need.

 

General

We lend throughout England and Wales.

We can consider Section 106s – Applications would be dependent on wording of Section 106 and LTV. Please contact the Business Development Team to discuss further.

Age restricted properties are not accepted.

Ex-local authority houses accepted.

Ex-local authority flats not accepted (unless on the Right to Buy scheme).

Annexes – accepted as long as they do not have separate utilities (we will allow separate council tax). We accept cases up to 80% LTV. Not acceptable on BTL applications.

Annexes used as short term holiday lets are acceptable (there must not be a formal AST in place).

Minimum 250 year lease remaining on leasehold houses. Please see flats section for leasehold requirements on flats.
