It’s time for our last instalment of our January weekly updates with the changes to our Self Build criteria for 2021.
We can announce the following criteria changes:
- Maximum loan size increasing from £750k to £1m.
- Shared access permitted (relevant rights of access must be in place prior to application and subject to valuers’ comments).
To recap, we will lend on a variety of different Self Build cases. These include:
- New projects from scratch
- Conversions
- Renovations
- Knock down & rebuilds
- Mid or partially built projects
